Freda Hennessy | A vision for Corscombe 20112 January 2011 | A series of meetings was held in the Autumn 2010, to which all were invited. At these meetings resident's ideas regarding the future were collected and documented. | The attached paper provides a summary of the survey results. Fuller details will be posted here in due course There will be a public meeting on Friday 26th January, 7.30pm in the Corscombe Village Hall (7.30pm), so please come along to have your say.

| Corscombe Playground The Parish Council, which manages the playground, is installing some new equipment, largely at the request of the users (our ncreasing tot population!). The Group Council It has been suggested that East adn West Chelborough gain no benefit from being members of the Group PC and take little interest. Electors will be asked for their opinions. Parish Council and District Council Elections 5 May 2011 it is hoped that many candidates will come forward to help make local plans for our Big Society. Details will be ready in February. Ask the Clerk Corscombe Hawkins Trust This little charity needs trustees. The next appointents wll be made by the Parish Council in May, If you are interested contact the Clerk or one of the present trustees. Budget and precept 2011-2012 The Council voted a slighty increased precept of £11,070 (up by 2.5%) for the next financial year.
